By submitting this registration for this event, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks of contracting or spreading COVID-19 during this time of a pandemic outbreak and am aware that in-person experiences may increase that risk. I agree to stay home if I exhibit flu or cold-like symptoms, or if I have been in personal contact with someone who has presented any such symptoms within the previous two weeks, to include prolonged coughing, fever, chest congestion, shortness of breath or additional signs of potential spread of any virus or bacterial disease.
